  • It is manufactured from our premium quartz composite material, containing 80% natural quartz crystals and pure acrylic resin. This material is extremely durable, providing excellent stain, scratch, abrasion and impact resistance. It also absorbs vibration and sound, minimizing noise when in use. All of our quartz composite sinks are heat safe up to 535F and withstand rapid changes in temperature from hot and cold water.
  • The quartz composite material has a matte surface finish that is naturally hygienic, and simple to clean with soap and water.
  • The extra-large single bowl has a conveniently located side drain, leaving more storage space in your cabinet below, and the 9? deep bowl provides plenty of room to accommodate all of your cookware. I love this beautiful sink. The price was far below the local home stores selling the same one. It is high quality. The installer was most complimentary about it. I also ordered the matching drain/disposal cover. It is even prettier than described, and I love that my frying pans and large platters will fit down in it. Cleaning it is a breeze, and it won't get all scratched up like stainless the stainless steel double sink I replaced. (I added a "before" photo.) The sink can be turned around 180 degrees if you want it on the right side. I actually called Karran customer service prior to purchasing it to be absolutely sure it would fit my cabinet and my disposal. They were really helpful, answering my questions and give me extra information. It came well protected and was perfect right out of the box. We actually transported it to the countertop store and left it there for them to install it prior to coming out. They ended up not doing that so it was transported back to my home and installed on site. It held up to all of that without a scratch or imperfection anywhere. ... show more

We have had the sink for ~4 months know. It’s a very bright white, even whiter than our Miami White quartz counter. I was worried it would show the dirt, grease and staining from dirty dishes, coffee and such but it doesn’t! I thought I would have to use a magic eraser daily to keep it clean, but I don’t! The dirt just rinses off, even with our hard water. It also doesn’t seem “plastic” like as competitors sinks have been described. I also love that it’s slight bigger than other brands, getting the most out of the standard size. I love having the drain hole off-center. This sink! It’s been in for about 3 months now. I’m so happy I went with this one large tub sink. The brown is very nice with the gold faucet I paired with it. Sink is so durable. It might be my favorite part of the remodel.

    • Quarts composite is not near the same as quarts

I thought I did my homework before purchasing this sink, but I missed something. I read how quarts composite sinks are more crack and temperature resistant than Cast-iron and Fireclay. Great, I want that. But when it arrived, the white quarts- composite sink was a grainy matte finish. I was looking for a smooth polished surface just like our quarts countertops. Which at that point I noticed it, I should have returned it (even though the ad describes the matte finish as easy to clean). It may be tough, but it gets marked up too easily. It may clean-up with a Magic Earaser, but you shouldn't need to every night. It stains and gets marked up so easily actually, that after 2 days, it looks like a fiberglass laundry room wash basin that is 20 years old. After talking to our countertop installer he said in 19 years, he has never had a issue from either Cast-iron or Fireclay. And so, with that out with the Karran quarts composite sink. ... show more

The product came in a beautifully packaged box. Easy install and easy clean. Definitely would recommend. One little thing that kind of bugs me is the bottom side of the sink has these bumpy irregularities that makes it hard to clean but its okay.

I like the offset drain and the under-counter mounting, but this sink chips very easily, It's only been installed about a year and a half, but there are already numerous chips in the bottom. I don't throw dishes into it, nor do I use particularly hard pots and pans. However, the chips started happening pretty early on after installation. ... show more

We ended up upgrading from a stainless double sink, makes a huge difference! I’m refinishing most of the kitchen and the sink and faucet were where we started. We can fit a sheet pan in there nicely and can bathe out new little girl as well! We have had to use soft scrub on a few pan dings and after pasta sauce but it’s a necessary step to keep something nice and new! Definitely recommend using a 2x4 on the top and bottom and a 24” clamp to help secure the under mount clamps and for the silicone to dry. It made it much easier! ... show more
