Sure enough, the boot was impossible for me to get on. I thought, perhaps, that people had not tried to unbuckle both buckles... I did, and still could not get it on. I did not try the hair dryer trick, because I feel like it might damage the boot in tbe long term. Judging by the state of the box, many, many people have tried their best to make it work, because this might seriously be the cutest boot I've ever seen, but it was a no go for me. I am going to try a half size up, because I have a wide toe box and I really, really, really want to make these work ... show more

I love the look of these boots! They are so beautiful and soft, but unfortunatelly they do not have a zipper, so putting them on is close to impossible. I was so disappointed and unfortunatelly decided to return them, becuse I did not want to struggle each time I had to put them on.
