Wow 🤩 First may I say - you’ve got to Love Amazon. Ordered at night & shoes arrived before I woke up. 😂 I’m absolutely over the Moon. I broke my leg in 2 places & blew out my ankle 9 months ago. After surgery, plates, pins, a titanium sling and PT, I thought I’d never be able to wear heels again. They fit like a charm. Give just the right amount of ankle support and I was able to walk comfortably trying ‘em out. After months of sneakers, I graduated back into my Karl Lagerfeld Lug Boots. I’ve admired this shoe pre accident and lo n behold, I couldn’t be happier. I’m typically a size 8 in my regular heels, but an 8.5 in boots. I was so excited about this shoe. Let’s be honest they are beauties. And they were comfortable. But less than 30 minutes after having them on I felt a stinging on my legs. I tried to ignore it but it got worse and worse. I have these bruises on both of my legs. 4 days later they are still tender to touch because of how deep this shoe cut. I needed these for an event, there was no Plan B! The heel area was tight, straight with no Curve for your foot/heel. Therefore I was unable to zip up even though they fit in size. (i size my heels UP to a 9 instead of the 8.5 I wear in other shoes) THE FIX: a blow dryer to the back heel/zipper, for about 3min. Then with thick socks put them on before they cooled down. The right foot was hard to get in as fit it was cut shorter then the left... however once in them very comfortable made with quality material, the embellishments are very nice. Karl wasn't playing when he designed this shoe
