Karcher's FC 5 Hard Floor Cleaner offers the easiest way to mop your floors and pick up light debris at the same time. Its innovative technology removes dust, small debris and pet hair, while controlling the flow of water to clean your hard floors gently, yet effectively. The unique roller design enables you to clean right up to edges ensuring nothing is missed; and with the built in suction function the FC 5 removes the dirty moisture and debris from the super absorbent microfiber rollers, leaving floors clean and dry in just two minutes. The dual tank system guarantees that the dirty and fresh water are never mixed and only fresh water is fed onto the self-rotating rollers. The included cleaning station can be used to store the FC 5 or clean the rollers.

Works great when it’s working however it will not work for long. Mine lasted 6 or 8 months cleaning a 1200 square ft. House twice a month. It was properly cleaned after each use and stored properly. It just quit one day the rollers would not turn. I investigated the problem and found the belt was broken and the bearings were nearly all frozen from rust. It was a mess. the machine heavy and bulky. I have spent more time troubleshooting than enjoying. It has been back for repairs 4 times with no real results and everytime a new problem added. Very very disappointing

The product worked well for the first 6 months then stopped dispersing detergent. I cleaned all of the components but to no avail. I contacted customer service twice by email in a two month span with no response. There is no one to call. I would not recommending purchasing the product as there is no reliable source to repair it and it only lasted 6 months with minimal useage (6 times ) ... show more

    • Poorly designed and impossible to get replacement parts
Truly disappointed with this machine. It was fine for the first few days, then it got stuck each time we clean. And it takes way too much time to clean the machine itself before and after every single use. I ended up mopping my floor manually often times. AND it’s impossible to get replacement parts. We finally gave up after three months of using it and got a BISSELL Crosswave. While examining and setting up the BISSELL, I realized even more how poorly design the Karcher machine was.
