This is a great hat that's made very well and it's a little more classy than a baseball style cap, however the sizing on it can be a little tricky if you don't pay attention to the size chart, and if you wear the hat high on your head. I initially bought this hat in the small/medium size because I already have some medium sized Kangol caps, but it was way too small and tight on my head. So I ordered the large/X-large going off the size chart and initially it felt too loose, but I was wearing the hat like how we did in the military as in high up on the back of the head, or as we called it "In reg." Upon further research into this hat I learned it's meant to be worn low on the head. So I basically pulled the hat down further and now it fits like a glove. I hope my review helps others. This is my fifth Kangool cadet hat. I love them. They fit great. The cotten makes them hotter in warm weather and the color fades slightly but well worth it. Just wish the brand was a tad cheaper.

I really love this hat, it fits nicely, the price tag is cool, and gets you compliments from the wifey, gets you approached by other women, and gets you stares from them as well. Helps if you take care of yourself, know how to dress and smell great as well. I wore this hat with a dicferent outfit other than my tank, just wanted to put it on and do a review. Can't go wrong with Kangol, enhances what's already there, especially for a sophisticated man like myself, and if you're always smiling like I am. 10/10 will definitely order another one. ... show more

Overall, this is a great hat! It looks really nice and has a nice build. However... My head is aprox 23.5". I ordered L/XL and it's just a bit too big. I wish I would have gone a size smaller because the elastic band would have expanded a tad to my head for a better fit. Elastic band - a good idea and does work. However, it irritates my forehead a bit after hours of wearing as they did not cover it with any softer fabric. Instead, you get an elastic band much like some boxer briefs. I have yet to notice any indents, but if the hat was the size I'd prefer... i am wondering if it would irritate my forehead more and possibly leave a mark. This has me hesitating to buy a other one in a smaller size. Overall, it still looks pretty sharp and I will keep wearing it. It may end up being the backup hat, unfortunately. ... show more

Fits great, even on a large noggin. I’ve had one for more than 7 years, and worn it until it’s faded. Got a new one and the quality of Kangol - unlike so much else - has not gone down. Photo is of the “old one,” showing the effects of years in the sun & rain. Great now for working around the yard, or going out on hikes into the woods.
