Had an eczema and psoriasis flare at the same time. (I know, I’m lucky.) If you’ve spent hours and hours researching products, take a few minutes to read this review, too. It’s worth your time. I read a ton of research on both conditions (not just blogs, actual experimental research) and saw that sulfur, Chinese rhubarb, licorice, hyaluronic acid, etc. were shown to be helpful. Excited to try this cream out - it was literally the one I thought would be most likely to work, best. Tried this cream on one quadrant of my affected skin while simultaneously comparing 3 other topical products in the other quadrants, and a combo of 2 products on my face. Plan was to try two weeks in all areas. Lastly, the sixth area ( on abdomen) had no topical treatments. My own experiment, if you will. This product was the most problematic, making my skin *worse* than all other products. (Mother of All Creams; also worse but not as badly; Traumeel cream, shockingly effective until I read up more on its ingredients; Cosrx 96% snail mucin (which also contains hyaluronic acid), also very effective but not moisturizing enough to use as a stand-alone product; for face I alternated Manuka honey ointment mask w/ organic pure apricot kernel oil; all are available on Amazon. I am neither an affiliate of any of these products nor did I receive them for free.) Sixth area of untreated skin was ALSO in far better shape. I’d literally have been better off if I’d used nothing instead of this cream. Also, it was such an extreme reaction that I couldn’t even complete the full two weeks of this product. Only 1 other product was stopped because of bad reactions. Turns out, particularly with eczema and psoriasis, single-ingredient or limited-ingredient products are ideal. That way you can get the good stuff you DO respond well to, and can eliminate the stuff that’s damaging, or just is t working so isn’t worth the expense. This cream’s use of all the baddies (petroleum, PEG-100 or PEG-40, silicone derivatives such as dimethicone, lanolin which is a huge sensitizer for atopic dermatitis aka eczema folks, SLS, and shelf-life stabilizers or emulsifiers like xantham gum) FAR outweighs the “goodies.” Also, despite the cost, unable to return product even though far more expensive skincare items were 30 day or even 90 day satisfaction guaranteed products, available on Amazon or easily elsewhere online. FOLKS, THESE PRODUCTS TAKE A MINIMUM OF 14 DAYS TO THREE MONTHS TO ADAPT TO THE PRODUCT AND SEE RESULTS. While $ wasn’t a concern at the time of purchase because the reviews were so good, when this didn’t work and I had to move on to more expensive, less contaminated products, all those costs started adding up. When I tried to return it through Amazon, I was shocked that this product “wasn’t eligible for return” within 30 days, even if unopened! 3 stars for the great research-backed herbal and vitamin ingredients. Negative 4 stars for the inability to figure out how to deliver those key ingredients in a safe for eczema or safe for psoriasis patients, way!

I have been suffering from eczema since birth. As a baby, my mother used to wrap my body in all kinds of ointments in an attempt to calm my itchy and irritated skin. Luckily for me, my eczema gradually eased when I reached adolescence, getting it only locally on my hands, neck and arms. Nevertheless, two years ago, while I was living abroad and trying to adapt emotionally to a new environment, my eczema resurfaced in a way I had never experienced before: my whole body, from head to toe, was covered with extremely dry, scaly red blotches. I could not shower more than 3 minutes, I could barely sleep, I didn’t feel like going out. I felt desperate. I was prescribed steroid treatments to help calm the crisis, but I didn’t want to apply it on all my body nor depend on it in the long run. I tried a multitude of creams, hypo- allergenic shower gels, in vain. I then heard of Kamedis and thought of giving it a try. I tried the TOPIC MEDIS BODY CREAM, paired with the ECZEMA THERAPY WASH and… it was a salvation. After the first application, my skin was deeply nourished; the itchy feeling was almost immediately gone. The cream texture makes it also very easy to apply and does not make you skin sticky. Never in my life have I stumbled upon such an effective cream (and I can tell you I have used pretty much everything on the market). Now that I overcame the crisis, I keep using the Kamedis products almost on a daily basis as a preventive treatment. The quality of my skin has significantly improved: it is soft, smooth, and even has a shiny glow (while in the past I used to put cream at least twice a day because it tended to get dry after a few hours). It has been one year and a half now and I almost forget that I ever suffered from eczema in my life. Thank you Kamedis.

After having Covid I was getting this weird itchy redness on my upper eyelids to my eyebrows AND around my top and bottom lip. I tried all manner of creams, ointments, honey, olive oil, coconut oil and cortisone( which is bad, thins your skin!) I even would coat the areas with Vaseline or A&D every night. Now, I'm a nurse...tried everything I knew with minimal success. My research indicated it was likely atopic dermatitis, maybe like excema. This product was my last ditch effort before shelling out a big co-pay to see a dermatologist. And I DID NOT WANT A STEROID TREATMENT!! Well, I am floored! With the very first application, the itch subsided! After 3 days of applying in the am and bedtime, my skin is completely clear, soft and supple, no redness or itch for the first time in 6 months!!! And it's a big tube. 5 stars! I would give it 10 stars! AMAZING!!!!

I use this for my children who suffer badly with eczema. It is the only cream that doesn’t burn them and has healed areas on their skin that not even prescription creams could heal! My son had a raw fleshy spot on his skin that would not go away for months. We tried Bactria cream, cortisone and Neosporin. It would start to seal but by the next day it was back opened. I let it form a seal once more from Neosporin then immediately started applying this and it completely healed without opening again! It soothed and healed it! I use it sometimes on my face when I don’t have my face moisturizer and it feels amazing! I just recently gave some to my mother who suffers with extremely dry hands and she is ordering her own bottle. Very satisfied and thankful for this product!

This lotion does give relief, and is very moisturizing, however it's terribly greasy and does not absorb quickly. I typically have to wipe it off, or wear gloves to avoid making oily smudges everywhere. I believe the sulfer is an effective treatment for excema, the coconut oil is likely the greasy factor. It does help!
