I had high hopes for this comforter based on the description, but unfortunately, it was a big letdown. First, it’s nowhere near as fluffy or luxurious as the photos suggest—it arrived flat and never really fluffed up, even after several days out of the packaging. For something advertised as “palatial,” it felt more like a budget insert. The material feels cheap and not at all like Egyptian cotton—it’s scratchy and not soft against the skin. Also, despite claims that it’s noiseless, the fabric actually makes a crinkly sound every time you move, which is super annoying during the night. To top it off, it doesn’t seem well-insulated. I bought it hoping for warmth during cooler months, but it barely keeps me warm unless I pile on extra blankets. I rarely write negative reviews, but this was a disappointment. Definitely not worth the price for what you get. I’ve had better luck with less expensive alternatives.
