I'm always looking for quality solar lights but it's always difficult to find one that offer Bright Lights as well as Keen motion detection. I was happily surprised with the quality of these lights giving me the best of both worlds. Set up is simple with a brackets that you mount first and attach the lights on to afterwards, pretty standard for this sort of thing. The solar panel allows you to capture the race from the Sun to power the battery to work the light throughout the night. I feel for cramped spaces or dark areas around your home or even along footpaths to keep you feeling safer at night. The motion detection allows for me to let my dog run outside at night without losing track of him. Have a selection of similar lights that this is close to, but this says shown to be one of the brightest ones I have so far. I received these on August 25, very pleased they come with remote control and the fact that you can dim the lights. I wanted a way to have light in my shed since I have no electric power in there. Also to have an option if there is a power outage to be used in the house. I don't plan on permanently mounting them because I want to be portable. I love the long cord for the solar collecting part to sit up where I can screw it to wood and not my roof! And the light is great. Easy to install and bright. I always try to get the brightest lights for solar. I don’t have many plugs and I’m a single mom. Not easy trying to pay for lights especially outdoors. I installed these between the walk to illuminate the area so I can see if any rodents and snakes are out (since this is the time they come out to play). This items consists 2 packs of the product, it has 6 feet wire between the solar panels and the led light, the light can adjust to different location as the solar panels which can improve the overall performance. The light is bright, it can light the whole drive way of my house. Motion detection also works fine. The installation I should say not that difficult.
