It works very well temporarily, but if you sweat a lot, you might wanna double up with a little bit Sweat proof glue. You still get to use less glue, which is nice. But for a quick trip, it’s perfect.

I can't stand lace glue so this is honestly a blessing. Lace glue can set you up for all sorts of problems, and is one of the main reasons my forehead has the few discolorations it has. I stopped wearing wigs for an entire two years because of lace glue, so man, this really is my holy grail. The efficiency of this is also PERFECT for people who don't have time to layer glue and wait for drying. It's quick, easy, and worth every dollar. I don't need my wigs to stay on for long, so I'm not able to give a review beyond wearing it for an entire day. But my wig never shifted once, and I'm happy about that!

Listen here... that wig will NOT move, sis!!! If you're short on time, this works wonderfully & you should buy it. If you have a sec, lemme tell you my experience. I don't use wig glue. Ever. So when I saw this, I was open to trying an alternative. I knew I didn't want a multi day hold (we'll talk about that in a sec) so I didn't follow the directions exactly - I did not repeat the process more than 1ce for my wig. Since I don't use glue, my cap would usually be holding onto my braids with a prayer. So for this occasion, I thought it would be ideal to use this to 1st keep my cap in place, then the wig. I did the process 1st one time with my wig cap, then with my wig. My wig did not move all day - even when I was vacuuming the car and sucked my hair into the hose multiple times lol. I felt super confident once I realized the hold. I was able to coax the wig off at the end of the night with little work - but I can guarantee you that will NOT be the case if you repeat the application process multiple times. Also, my wig cap is not coming off lol I was able to get the wig off but my cap is... ahh... on there - lol I'll have to w/b about how long it holds, but I'm not mad at it - I have it in the perfect spot already lol Very happy with this and I will be using it moving forward. So loved how well this worked - I was feeling boss as soon as my melting band came off lol Go for it, you won't regret it!

In the Texas summer heat, unfortunately this doesn’t keep my lace down, but it does lay seamlessly when i’m not sweating. Will only use in fall/winter seasons.
