The dress is so beautiful in person. The top is heavy due to the hand embroidery, but I have gotten so many compliments on how regal it looks. The fit is almost universal, it could fit a smaller girl and she could tie the dress to make it more form fitting, as well as fit a bigger girl and the dress can hang. I was so excited to wear this to my Galentines party. But when it arrived I was very disappointed as it was missing one waist tie and without it I couldn't wear the dress. Overall I loved the dress the design and the color. I got the dress in red/maroon color.
