I would start by rating these sneakers, a 5+! I’m on my feet nine hours a day as I work in a body shop. These sneakers fit true to size. I am a size 8. My feet are a little wide yet. They are amazingly comfortable! When I first put my foot into my sneaker, I felt like pillows were caressing my feet and I immediately felt the support where I needed. I can equate the feeling to laying your head on the most comfortable pillow and supporting your head and neck and sleeping like a baby. My feet were still energized even after my work time was done. The sneakers come with memory foam. I would absolutely recommend these! The heel I found is chunky enough with support as I walk on concrete all day long! I will be purchasing another pair.
