  • way better than expected
Size: 43mm
when I removed the UV filter from the packaging I thought that it was broken or missing the lens itself, I could only see the frame It was only after I touched the glass that I realized that it was just the clearest piece of glass I've ever not seen! very impressive

  • Solid
Size: 52mm
Cap fits, fine spare. UV filter is nice and has good anti glare coating (unlike many off brands). The circ. polarizer is meh. It's fine, but it's not a good as others I have used. It's a bit too stiff to rotate (making it hard to use in a lens hood), and it doesn't seem to create the distinct contrast or reduction in reflections I expect from CPL filters on my smaller lenses. It does something. Value is there. ... show more

  • Using with SIgma Prime
Size: 52mm
Using these with a SIgma 30mm lens as protection (UV) and to assist with getting better images. K&F is making some really good filters. Their quality is top-notch. I almost look at them exclusively these days when considering filters. I also have purchased their after-market batteries for my ZV-E10 and FX-30 which are also solid products. ... show more

  • K&F "Nano K-series" (67mm): Excellent value for the quality (Lens cap, filter case included)
Size: 67mm
These K&F "Nano K" series filters (CPL and UV are included in this kit) are supposed to be a lower tier products than the much more expensive "Nano X" series filters. I briefly compared these attractively-priced K&F CPL and UV filters against higher priced alternatives I had on hand: CPL filter (Circular Polarizing filter): In a side-by-side comparison with the more expensive "Nano X" series CPL filter (which I also have), the obvious difference is that this "Nano K" CPL has bluish surface reflections, whereas the more expensive "Nano X" feature more common greenish coating reflections. (Not sure what that means in practical terms; probably not much.) In use, the polarizer works as expected. I see some color cast in images, but that's true for the "Nano X" CPL too. (Color cast in CPL is very common.) I just fix that in post, as needed. UV (Ultra Violet) filter: I didn't have a "Nano X" UV filter to compare against this "Nano K" filter, so I compared against a more expensive Hoya Fusion series UV filter that claims transmissibility of 99.8%. The color of the surface reflections off of this "Nano K" UV filter are similar to the Hoya filter: green. But the intensity of the reflection is stronger in the K&F UV filter than the Hoya filter, indicating better anti-reflection coating in the Hoya. But when I compared this K&F UV filter next to an off-brand UV filter, the anti-reflection coating was better in the K&F, overall suggesting the anti-reflection quality of this K&F UV filter is still quite decent. In both cases, I am not sure that I would be able to tell the difference in a blind test (especially for the UV filter). Although I tend to select more expensive filters for the lenses I use frequently, I personally wouldn't hesitate to use these lower-cost alternatives on some of my less frequently used lenses. I also want to mention that the craftsmanship of these K&F filters is excellent; they fit onto lenses very smoothly. As for the frame/rim thicknesses, see below for the measured thickness. (They are reasonably thin, and should work fine on most wide angle lenses.) In the sea of crazy expensive filters on Amazon these days, the price point of this filter kit is refreshingly reasonable. I am happy to give these K&F filters 5 stars. Frame thickness (as measured with a digital caliper): - 67mm CPL (Circular Polarizing filter): 5.3mm thick - 67mm UV (Ultra Violet filter): 3.3mm thick Included in the box (67mm size): - CPL (Circular Polarizing filter) - UV (Ultra Violet) filter - Lens cap with a tether - Protective filter carrying case: A bit bulky but very nice folding case with 3 filter pockets - 3 sealed packets of microfiber cleaning clothes ... show more

  • Inexpensive protection with decent quality
Size: 67mm
This set of lens cap and filters came with a good carrying/storage pouch and three cleaning cloth. Since replacement lens cap from the lens makers are always very expensive, I have always replaced and store the original lens cap with a generic one like the one in this set. This lens cap also came with an anti-lost leach which consists of a rubber band with a string attached. At the other hand, of the string is a small plastic piece with adhesive backing to stick on the top surface of the lens cap. With the rubber band attached onto the lens, the idea is the cap will be attached to the lens all the time. The problem is the top surface of the cap is not smooth but with patterns that makes very poor surfer to stick something on it and as result, it keeps falling off. The other issue is with the cap daggling under the lens while taking picture is also distracting. At the end I just give up with the leash and use the cap alone. The UV filter decently made with metal ring and fairly low profile. The gear pattern on the ring also makes it easy to hold when attaching and removing it from the lens. The filter produces no visible distortion. It is a very inexpensive way to protect expensive lens from external elements and damages. The CPC filter is a litter thicker than the UV filter, but that is expected. It has the similar gear pattern on the metal ring like the UV filter that makes it easier to hold on when attaching and removing it from the lens. The CPC turning ring has a bit of drag, while I prefer a smoother turning, some may prefer it. Its a matter of taste. Overall, good set of filters and cap with good value. ... show more
