You can throw this on over any thinner clothes you have to make it feel like you’re going skiing. Runs really large. Arms are too long. Had to tighten the waist with the Velcro tabs to keep them on. The quality seemed nice tho.

I wore this in the rain just a few days ago and it was perfect. I stayed dry the whole time. And it’s pretty comfortable. All the stitching it’s pretty good and it doesn’t throw off your swing if you play golf like I do.
