Not what they Used to be

I always buy Justin boots but for whatever reason this pair has fallen apart since the first time I wore them. The sole on the one boot just keeps pulling away from the boot in different spots. I message company and got no response. Now I’m stuck with continually using shoe glue to try and get some wear out of these boots since I paid for them.
