These are very well made and solid work boots. They fit perfect (true to size) and look great. They don’t have to be broken in, just put them on and walk off. They are very comfortable straight out of the box. Justin never lets me down. I would buy these again.

These run true to size and mine were broken in about three days. They are very comfortable and easy to put on, I think that they are from a new line from Justin and that’s why there aren’t any reviews, but I took a chance and I think they’re very good for the money! Unacceptable, completely unacceptable. If I could give negative review I would. After 2 weeks of wear the stitching came undone. I tried to contact Justin customer service and all three (3) emails listed on their website bounces back with the message that the inbox is full and not receiving emails. When I called the Customer Service number I talked with an operator who, after less than five minutes on the phone, asked if I was still on the phone, I replied 'yes', and she hung up the phone. When I attempted to call back no one answered. What kind of company treats their customers like that? There is clearly a manufacturing defect and when the customer attempts to have it made right Justin Boots actively works to avoid being contacted and being responsible.
