I purchased these because I liked the design, portable, refillable, metal. BUT, the cap is extremely difficult to twist off and, if/when you do, it is VERY SHARP, as is the lip area of the bottle. I cut both a finger and my lip. I tried 3 of the bottles and all were really sharp, just not well manufactured. I poured the water into a glass and it tasted fine. Suggestion: Make this product with the same design, but correct the issues with the cap and drinking opening. And sell them empty-much cheaper. NOT RETURNABLE! ... show more

    • Bottle is a health hazard
The water tastes good, however, I’ve cut myself on the metal cap multiple times. The bottle cap almost never comes off in one try and much of the time the metal circle attached breaks off and creates a sharp piece which will cut you.

Found what looks like mold in the bottom of the bottle. I’m wondering how much mold I drank and didn’t realize. This is exactly why I bought a K8 water filter. It’s not hear yet so I had to buy some water, absolutely disgusting. Definitely contacting company.
