It has been little over a year, since I bought the product. 12 feet. Assembly was simple, was done in about 1 hour, 2 people. Bounce and product quality is good and my kid really loved it. My kid and his friends use it pretty often and have lot of fun !! Personally for me the cost was worth every penny, since I hear kids smiles and laughs every day in summer. All good until now, and here comes the best part......, this is where the companies makes a difference. CUSTOMER SERVICE One of the pole snapped because of couple of kids bumping into it from trampoline. I was trying to find a replacement part, could not find on Jumpzylla website , so contacted thier customer service. I thought since I was out of warranty, the service will try to sell me expensive parts and I was prepared to pay as I like kids to continue to have fun. To my surprise the customer rep asked about problem, how it happened, pictures and details. Once they analyzed it, they recommend a new trampoline as it might not be safe for kids, which I thought was a stretch to be honest. Thought I have to purchase a new trampoline again, but nope, it was on the HOUSE !!! Cannot believe in this day and age, we have a company that values its customers and takes time to know about thier product and continues to improve the product while keeping current customers satisfied. Simply awesome, kudos and thank you to the JumpZylla team for leaving a lasting positive experience!!!

I did a LOT of research on trampolines before I made the decision on the 14 foot Jumpzylla trampoline. Best decision! This trampoline is of great quality and I cannot praise enough about the company itself. The trampoline was easy to assemble (two people, first time installers). Everything was great, the trampoline was amazing - great quality, good bounce, safe. Lo and behold, we had a crazy Michigan storm come through and after only having the trampoline for a little over a month, I watched it soar over the fence into the neighbors yard where it hunkered down through the rest of the storm nestled against the tree. (The wind stakes it came with WERE used, however did not withstand the winds unfortunately.) Post storm evaluation - the damage wasn’t near as bad as I’d expected, however the replacement parts showed “Sold Out” on the Jumpzylla website. I contacted Jumpzylla directly through their site, inquiring how I could order replacement parts and explained the situation. A few back and forth emails (great communication), and they sent me a whole replacement trampoline! What kind of service is that?! I was more than willing to pay for replacement parts, but my gosh they went far over and above my expectations - and we are so thankful! You don’t find companies like Jumpzylla these days. The new trampoline is up, and we’ve invested in some very heavy duty (screw into the ground with a drill) wind stakes - just in case our weather decides to do something crazy again. My recommendations are.. 1. BUY THIS TRAMPOLINE 2. Get the “Force Majeure Warranty” through Jumpzylla 3. Invest in some heavy duty wind stakes 4. Bounce away!

This “jump-a-lean” as my daughter calls it is amazing. It is incredible what engineers can do, and this massive trampoline fits in a remarkable small box with very few overall parts. It is easy to assemble by yourself, and will not take too much time. This is the #1 yard toy, and the netting is very safe and secure across the bottom near the springs. You will not regret getting one, and your children will have something fun and healthy to do outside in the sun. Place a sprinkler underneath on a hot day, and enjoy some free time while the kids are occupied. We got the 14' version, because you want it to be big so you can enjoy it with them, and the price of the 16' version did not make too much sense.

I purchased this trampoline (12') for my 4 year old grandson and we are in Florida. For the week I have had it - it has been through rain, wind, sun and different weights. This trampoline comes in one well packaged box. The box is heavy and it is 59" long, 23" wide and 7 1/2" deep. It comes with easy to read directions - with words and pictures. There is a link for an installation video if need and all there links to find/ contact them if needed. The frame cover, net and mat are just folded in the box. The springs come in two different boxes and they give you one extra. The plastic T-Connector are in there own package (flat cardboard with the see through plastic) and the Steel T- Connectors come in two boxes (4 in each box), All the hardware comes on a piece of cardboard with the see through plastic and everything is labeled - it also contains 2 spring pullers and the wrench needed. The poles for the side already have the foam covers on them but are in two pieces. They just push together with buttons and the buttons pop out when in place. It does come with a two step ladder that only rests on the frame (little curves to hold it on). You do have to watch the ladder if the trampoline moves it comes loose. Also I think you have to have your own screwdriver to put the screws in the ladder. I've put trampolines together before so I had the legs, frame and 4 springs hooked to the mat before my husband and sons got home from work to help. It is very easy to put together. The frame is well made with heavy duty steel and the springs are strong. But the legs are a little on the scary side. They are a cheaper metal and snap together with the buttons, so I've been keeping an eye on them as different people jump. So far so good. We have had my 40 pound grandson and me 5'3" , 110 pounds on it together. Then my 6'2", 220 pound son and grandson on it, then my other son 6'1" 160 pounds and grandson on it and it has held up. It does make a lot of squeaking noise when jumping, but everything looks good. The plastic t- connectors hook to the top of the side poles and then there are fiberglass sticks that go in the top of the net to hook to the side poles (the fiberglass is 8 sticks, not one solid one to make it easy to assemble.) Once the net is on you do not hit the poles. The pad that covers the springs is easy to put on and is on the outside of the net. There is a warning sticker on it and the mat has there emblem on it. Important - there are little gaps on the inside of the net that small feet could slip through but a little on the hard side to do. The door comes with a zipper and clips to double secure it for safety. The only issue with the door is it doesn't open that wide and makes it hard to get in and out of - if you are bigger than a small 4 year old. Also in my box it had paper that I won a free trampoline sprinkler - I'll check that out later. Hope this review helps anyone looking to buy a trampoline.
