Very stiff
Style: Cardio Intervals with Optional Handle Bar
Bought hoping to take the pressure off my knee but it’s very stiff to bounce on, there’s not a lot of give to it. I wish it was more of a rubber type trampoline. The handle bar also is a loose fit where it connects to the extension bar so it jiggles when jumping and hanging on to the bar. My grandkids love it though!

Loving JumpSport Workout Videos for My Workouts on My JumpSport Mini-Trampoline!
Style: Resistance Band Cardio
Love JumpSport Video/DVD workouts. These are awesome tools to get your workout going and to help you get the most from a mini-trampoline workout. The instructors cue exceptionally well and they are fun too! The workout kicks your body into gear too!
