The slide is aweome! We have had some extremely happy kids at our house since putting the slide up. It brings thrills and smiles to children and adults for hours on end. The quality is fantastic, and will bring our family many years of joy. I can't say enough good things about this company! I ordered a slide for my children as the have outgrown the water slides you can find at the big box stores. They're still young but the thrill was gone with the slide that sat at 6ft. We wanted something that would last us for years to come, as the kids are under 10, with our son having special needs. He is a sensory seeker, and he loves water slides, he will likely continue to love the them well into adulthood and may never outgrow the child like excitement these inflatables bring children. So we really NEEDED a slide that will last. . That really only left us with the option to do a commercial slide. We searched to find the best price with the tallest seated height and made a watchlist. When this one went on sale we started to watch the company's youtube videos to learn more about the product. They provided a ton of information in the slides and how to put them up and take them down, the videos made us even more comfortable with selecting this slide. We went ahead and snagged one. I got a notification that shipping had been initiated the next day. The following evening the company called me to let me know the slide was out of stock, but that they had a different one they'd like to send if I approve the change. The new option was a price increase but that I wouldn't be charged any difference. The company sent me a picture and a link of the other slide to review. The new slide looked fabulous and I accepted. It was shipped quickly and arrived just 2 days after the original delivery date, and in time for our first planned use.
