I was looking for a hard shell case for a portable display that I use when traveling. This was a very nice option due to the expandable size, cords to add a charging bank with externally places ports so you can charge your devices by plugging into the bag without opening it. The locks are nice, but more of a suggestion rather than a legit and security feature. No one will get into it if you're watching, but if you leave it unattended it won't stop the dishonest person. The many carry options make traveling with it a breeze. I was able to fit my electronics and 2 outfits in this and use it as an overnight bag in combination with a separate toiletries bag. All in all I would definitely recommend this for an easy, convenient and secure way to store your devices.

The media could not be loaded. Awesome functionality and large sized backpack. It’s well made and durable. The zipper quality is solid and well designed. I like the locking capability of the zipper as well. The backpack sits comfortably on your body, and it is very stylish with the coned rectangular design. I also use the backpack as a storage option while driving my mobility scooter. It’s a great value for the money spent.

I can fit my 17" and 15" laptops and their power bricks with room to spare. Hardshell feels good and seems to handle the every day scenarios and travelling through the airport as a carry on.

The zipper came undone from back-pack and is not fixable

I just received my backpack. No scratches, blemishes, dents, frayed material or loose thread. It's as described and pictured. I haven't used it yet but I did put some items in it to see what would fit well. I put a 5 and 1/4 inch tall box in it laying on the side and had no problem zipping it up. I put it on and barely noticed it on my back. I also tried a 1/2 gallon Tal brand water bottle in it and couldn't feel it pushing in on my back. It should have room for a 17 inch laptop with some room to spare or even some small form factor desktops. I put a 14 inch slim laptop in it and there was plenty of room left for other items. The straps are well padded and wide to help disperse any weight in it. I'm 5'10" tall and weigh 220 pounds with a 48 inch chest. I still had over 6 inches of strap on both sides to spare. There is a zip pocket on right strap. The inner dimensions of the small zip pocket on the right strap are are 2" at the top narrowing to 1 and 3/4" on the bottom, and it's approximately 1 and 3/4" deep when zipped closed. Plenty of room for some keys or a small candy bar, loose candy, a few cards or a small compass, a small pepper spray, even a small personal taser device. I measured the inner dimensions of the pack at 22 and 1/2" by 12" and close to 4 inches zipped up. There is at least 2 or even 3 inches for expansion depending on what you put in it. There are plenty of inner pockets of different sizes. Another way it's made I like is on each side at the bottom of pack there are 2 areas of nylon material. One side is attached to the soft part of the pack that is closest to your body and the other strip of material is on the hard part of the pack. Somewhat different but still nice. There is two metal button snaps and a Velcro strip on each piece of the nylon material so you can only open it at about 45 degrees, but when you unsnap both of these you can open it 180 degrees. On one of the strips of material there is even a small zip pocket another nice touch. Since I haven't used it yet when out and about I only gave 4 stars on security because it has sturdy zippers and a combination lock for the zipper pulls. After I've used a few times I will add to my review.
