I bought this wall caddy to use next to the bed in our travel trailer. It seems sturdy, and if the Velcro strips won't hold it, the screws into the wall of the closet next to the bed will. I had specifically asked Rufus whether or not the caddy would hold a Kindle or a small tablet. The answer was "yes". I have an older Kindle from 2014. It is not one of the bigger ones. It fits, but only when stood upon its end. That works in the lower shelf, but the upper shelf is only about 1 inch deep, and it does not have enough frontal support to keep the Kindle from falling over. When set in the lower shelf, the Kindle sticks out at an angle, and it also blocks easy access to the upper shelf. This organizer was exactly what I had in mind, except for storing the Kindle, which was the main purpose of getting it. It is fine for the phone. It is fine for my wallet. They both won't fit in the same shelf. The dimensions shown are accurate, but they do not give the depth of either shelf. Before purchasing, I would suggest measuring what you want to put into it and figuring out whether or not it will hold everything you want it to hold. The internal dimensions of the shelves are: Bottom shelf: 7 3/4" long x 1 3/4" deep x 1 5/8 to 2 1/4" high. (The front is different heights at the two ends). Top shelf: 7 3/4" long x 1 3/4" deep x 3/4" high. The nice thing is that the caddy is only about 2" deep, so it will not stick out very far from the wall. It will work nicely for a cell phone, remote controls, etc., and it will hold a wallet and keys very nicely. The bottom hooks and the cord retainers will work nicely to help keep electronics cords managed. It is just a bit too small to hold a Kindle or a tablet on its side; they have to go on the ends, and the front of the shelves is not really tall enough to keep them from flopping over. I will probably keep this - unless I can find something similar that is has shelves just a bit bigger. ... show more

I absolutely love this on-the-wall bedside organizer! I originally bought one of these little shelves to use in our camper beside the bed. I found it very useful and my husband decided he wanted one for his side of the bed as well. It is great to have a place for my phone, earbuds, a small flashlight and my glasses all within easy reach. I love that is has a way of keeping my charging cable contained and within easy reach. Mine is stuck to the side of my nightstand and I love it. I do wish the pockets were a bit deeper (I use the top for my cellphone and it falls out regularly)

Very glossy, so the scuffs all over are very noticeable. The unbranded adhesive strips are so weak I couldn't even get them to stick to the wall.
