This is a fairly large and heavy item, so find a stable place where you can leave it without being disturbed if you want to work on a puzzle over any period of time. The working area is very smooth, and the six drawers are fantastic for sorting and storing your working pieces. We were in a hurry to get started, but I will have to either glue, or tack some of the loose frame edges together after we finish the new puzzle. For the sale price, we will keep this and use it for a long time. For die-hard puzzlers, or for someone who would be better off not carrying an awkward 27”x35” table top from room to room, maybe a really well-built unit with legs would be better. One week later…well, so much for keeping it a long time. The tiny tacks do not keep this thing together, and I’m returning it before it completely falls apart. It looks like I’m the one who, fortunately, found a much nicer, well built table with legs that Amazon had on sale for fifty plus dollars. Lesson learned…buy the better table the first time.

This portable (if not large) puzzle table, of which we purchased two as gifts, delivered enjoyment as promised. The surface is smooth and solid, the drawers are very convenient, and it makes moving a partially completed puzzle easy so a tablet top isn't held hostage to a puzzle in progress. It is large (it fits a 1,500-piece puzzle with ease) so keep that in mind when considering space in your home when it is in use. When it is ready to put away it can be tucked in behind a couch, in a closet, or even under a bed. The only thing to consider is the almost two feet by three feet footprint this table consumes when it is horizontal and in use. It may take two people to maneuver this around to keep the puzzle intact and to make it easier to handle, but one person can manage it, too. Aside from that, this is a nicely made product and has already provided hours of joy to its new owners. Good luck with your decision!

This helped my Dad organize his puzzles. He always has one in progress and this works to organize his process. It is very simple to pick up and move from his dining table at anytime and return to resume his puzzle. It is built well and light enough to be portable.

The board works great for my use. I have a coffee table with an uneven top. I wanted to do puzzles on it but that wouldn't have worked. This board allows me to puzzle on the table and then move the puzzle elsewhere when I need to use the table top for other things. The drawers are great for sorting the pieces. Particularly nice are the magnets to hold the drawers closed when moving board--they are very satisfying to close as you feel the drawer pulled in and hear it click.

I've been putting together puzzles my whole life. Some are quite complex and I found I had pieces separated in the box top/bottom, cutting boards, etc... On top of that, if I decided to actually use my table surface for food, it was a nightmare either rushing to finish the puzzle or trying to relocate it without losing any pieces or making a mess of the whole project. I've tried the felt rollup mat, but it didn't lay flat and was more annoying than anything. Enter the Jumbl Puzzle Board. This allowed me to separate my pieces into drawers, pulling them out only when working on a particular section AND I was able to pick up the puzzle and place it under the couch when I had company. Absolutely wonderful way to manage your puzzle without the added stress/clutter! As much as I love the concept, I gave it 4 stars vs 5 was because lets face it, the quality is good, not great. "Lightly" leaning on the board when working on the opposite side made the drawer difficult to slide back into place (note to self - don't lean on board!). Also, as others noted, the top board's finish leaves a bit to be desired. If it bothers me enough, I will fill in the holes and paint it or fasten a felt top to it. It is still worth the purchase and I would recommend it to other puzzle maniacs!

OK I’ve had this now for 15 puzzles ranging from 1000 piece to 1500 piece. We used to do three puzzles a year now we do 15. You can pick the puzzle up and move it to another room to prevent hogging your dining room table. The family gathers around it the drawers are awesome can’t say enough about this product. My teenage daughters have been so enthralled with it. My daughters are off their phones doing something fun with the family. Highly recommend

Puzzle board seems okay but the box was in pretty bad condition and the board and the compartments were all very dusty both inside and out. Even though it was supposed to be brand new, I know it was not as the box had a packing slip with a “merry Christmas” note to someone. I also found a name and address where it was previously shipped to which is not in my current state. Why have someone pay for something new only to be sent a used item?
