I got a 9.5, and it fits like a standard US 9.5 medium width. There's no padding inside, but there may be room for an insole if your feet aren't wide. They feel like my Ariat and Cavender's cowboy boots as far as the padding situation goes. The footbed part is definitely not for wide feet. The awkward first photo is me trying to show you how big these are around my calf. I'm a US 14/16 and my calves measure 15.25 inches. There's more than enough calf room in these boots for me. I'll have to get some boot cuffs so they don't look so awkward. I can pull these on and off with the zipper closed, but there is a zipper at the ankle if needed. As far as the look, these are cute but don't expect them to LOOK like a real, quality cowboy boot. These are for fun/fashion wear, in my opinion, and I like that they are almost knee high. These probably wouldn't hold up outside, and you couldn't wear them for riding because the zippers are inside the ankle and would rub. Overall, they're cute and I'll enjoy wearing them. ... show more

These boots are a nice quality suede, and very pretty. The calf circumference is wide as stated and they are easy to put on. Unfortunately they didn’t look good on me. I’m 5’ and they came just a bit too high on my leg and there was some bunching around my ankle, which is why I gave them only 4 stars.. If you’re taller I believe these would be great boots for you! ... show more

Overall, I really like these boots. They are exactly like the description. I like the shape of the boot at the toe and the heel is the exact right height to look good but doesn't hurt the ball of my foot. The color I got is perfect too. But... they are synthetic leather and you can tell, so they don't have an expensive look. That is my only issue. I will have to try them on with different outfits but think I may end up wearing them with jeans worn over the boots and not tucked in. ... show more
