The media could not be loaded. I very much liked how this product looked and rolled smoothly initially. However, after using just a few times to go on a few trips, the one wheel completely cracked off rendering the entire suitcase unusable. The media could not be loaded. I only used the set to travel once and the zipper on the largest suitcase could barely make the trip back, I didn’t over stuff the suitcase and nothing got caught in it. The durability is quite disappointing.

Buyer Beware, My wheel cracked rendering large piece unusable and can’t find a replacement for the large 29 inch piece! Very disappointed after a few trips. Now I have the medium n carry on but not sufficient room for traveling.
