This is my first juicer, so I am still experimenting. The first round, I missed the fact that the pour spout from the juicer to the container has to be flipped down for the juice to flow out, so I made a bit of a mess. I made a couple of different juices since then. First orange juice, which worked great. It got pretty much all the juice out and left me with the skins. I really like that it is pretty much pulp free due to the small strain holes. The next I did was a strawberry orange juice, and here I was a little disappointed about the amount of strawberries that was in the refuse bin. Strawberries don't have anything inedible and should macerate right down to almost nothing. Nevertheless, the juice was great and smooth. Last was a combination of oranges, strawberries and bananas. NOTE! They say to not use bananas as they do not contain juice but I tried it anyway and together with oranges and strawberries, the banana went right through and didn't clog the strainer. The only thing I don't like is that it says it has 3 speeds. Guys! OFF is not a speed! It has 3 switch positions, high, low and off. Overall, at under $50 it's great, and now there even is a $20 off coupon so for $29.95 it's definitely a steal! ... show more

This little juicer is EXACTLY what I was hoping for! I've had several juicers in my day. I've learned that I prefer the ones that don't use the little paper filters. I would rather clean up everything by hand then have to worry about inserting a filter each time I juice. This one has no little filters. But it DOES come with a handy little brush to make the clean-up job super easy! (see pic) A long time ago, I used to have another juicer that was called something like JuiceM-- Jr (If you know, you know!). I loved that little machine: it ran well, never needed any extra love and faithfully gave me juice from whatever I juiced. It was loud. It wasn't easy to clean, but it did the job. This juicer reminds me of the ease and convenience of that juicer : it reminds me of all the things I loved about it, but it is...so. much. better. First of all, this machine is really quiet: it just hums. Second, no filters needed. It's a powerful little juicer: it finely ground down my cucumber and apple and spinach in nothing flat: look at my beautiful green juice! But easy to clean and perfect for my needs. This juicer is so easy to use & to clean. Juice produced has minimal amount of pulp in it, making the juice more enjoyable. Clean-up is a breeze, especially if you wash it in a dishwasher.
