It's attractive enough, and it fits comfortably. However it is absolutely useless as a thermometer. After wearing it for the better part of an hour, it shows that my temperature is 81. From my understanding if my body temp was 81, I should basically be dead right now and not writing an Amazon review. It never got higher that 88 yesterday and that was after a warm shower. The ring is very comfortable and attractive. Athena sizing is accurate. It’s a fun accessory. It does not read temperature accurately. Most of the time it does not read my temperature at all. If it does it’s very low (91).

    • Does not work at all
It doesn't work at all...no numbers display. I wore it for two hours and only see the F. I put it in the fridge and then on my finger to see if that would create a change. Nothing. I would have returned it, but I was required to package it up. It came in a recycled envelope (destroyed when opened),so it's either buy something to mail it in or use a gigantic box. I was really temped to box it up in the 17× 9× 8 in box, but I decided to be a better person and leave the review instead. ... show more

It’s a nice looking ring. However, not sure if it actually works as described. The numbers for the temperature are very difficult to read. Also, take note this ring reads the temperature outside in the hot and cold weather giving inaccurate information.

Total piece of crap. Not only have I seen just the number 86 and not any other number after wearing the ring all day, it also came all scratched up, like someone threw it out of a moving car. Worthless junk.

    • Small, decently accurate
Amazon rejected my previous review, for unknown reasons, so I'll keep this one short. The ring didn't quite fit me - too small. It was decently accurate, though. I measured with my IR thermometer, which is accurate to ±1℃. The ring seems accurate to at least ±3℉, though usually better.

    • Doesn't show temperature, runs big in size
Only the Fahrenheit f symbol is shown and it is very dim. No other nimbers shown. Also ordered a size 10, came marked as a size 10 but measures as a size 11. I do like the blue color of the ring.

    • Temperature Gage Doesn't Work
The ring is a pretty color, but its temperature gage is inaccurate and doesn't rise above 91 degrees; therefore it doesn't serve its purpose
