I bought this duvet cover to add some bright & happy color to my bedroom without spending so much that I'd be upset if (when?) my dog destroys it. The fabric is soft, the zipper works, and my color goal has been achieved. HOWEVER, the "pink paisley" is decidedly NOT pink. It's POSSIBLE that the base color is an extremely pale pink, but the overall effect is definitely ORANGE. Peachy orange. I had a light green, solid-color comforter that I liked, but I have two dogs and two kids under six...and everything showed on it from the antics of my fur babies and my kiddos. I thought a pattern might be good for diverting attention from anything the fabulous four may inflict and this duvet cover set is fantastic. It is as pretty as it is soft. GREAT VALUE at $25 for the King set!!! My green comforter fits nicely inside so I didn't have to spend more money for a duvet insert.
