At 20 brushes, it comes with a wide variety of size and head shape. The bristles are very soft and hold make up well. It feels great across my face. The handles are plain plastic and straight. Not a comfortable handle but does the job. The rose color is very pretty and looks nice with the black handle. The box didn't look fancy, and I would like that to look a little nicer if I were to give it as a gift. Overall, it provides an awesome supply of different brushes.

JPNK 20PCS Rose Gold Makeup Brush Set This set of makeup brushes is a really good deal - essentially they are less than a dollar each and better quality than what you could ever buy at a dollar store. I have cheap (elf, wet and wild, Revlon) and expensive brushes (Mac, Trish McEvoy, and one from Shu Umera that I hate to think about how much I spent on it), and these rate somewhere in the middle and in some cases better than the expensive ones. I have had some of my brushes for over 20 years and they are still going strong. These handles are shorter than other brands which makes them perfect for travel. Also, I don't have to worry if I lose them since they are cheap to replace. Be sure to wash these in cold water and gentle soap before using them. I usually reshape the bristles and lay them flat to dry. Don't dry them standing up because that will cause the glue to fail. These didn't shed (unlike one super-expensive brush that makes me angry to this day). They did have a slight smell but that quickly dissipated once they were taken out of the package. These work very well and it is a good assortment. I have narrowed it down to my favorite 3 for eye makeup (the small loosely packed shade brush is awesome for crease blending) and two for contouring and foundation. I can achieve a flawless look by only using 6 brushes but I can see that I will be playing with these brushes for a long time. The handles are painted wood and are 3.5 inches long .

I got these for my 15 year old daughter who really got into make up this last year. She says that she really has nothing to compare these to to but that she loves them. This is a huge number of brushes for the money, she loves the look of them, and she says they have performed as she had hoped they would. The one thing she did complain about was the excessive wasteful packaging, each brush came individually wrapped in plastic. Other than that these are a "love" for her so five stars.
