When we opened it Christmas Eve, we found that the control panel, all the buttons were getting stuck and she couldn’t drive it but the customer service was OUTSTANDING. The media could not be loaded. Granddaughter absolutely loves this! Just fast enough to be exciting for her but not too fast to have to worry. She can control it herself, easy to understand dashboard, understood it in minutes. I wish it came with a remote control as she sometimes leaves it in middle of yard and it is not easy to push or pull, this vehicle is not light either. But, I wanted something substantial that would hold her weight (90 lbs) as it's rated for 130 (although other children weighing 160 tried it out and it ran fine), so I'm quite happy with this purchase! Received the ATV, assembled it and put it on charge as directed. It would not turn on at all. Tried to reconnect wires and made sure nothing was lose and it still would not charge after 2 full days of being on the charger. When you plug the charger in it causes sparks. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!

Grandson loves this ATV. He is six and a second six-year old would not be able to fit with him on the seat. ATV just barely fits him. Will be too small by next year. Battery stays charged for about 2 hours of riding and tires have good grip for any surface.

Good product. Smaller than I expected. Despite reading the measurements. My daughter is 6, tall for her age, but her knees come up to the handle bars already. Description says up to 8 years old.
