The Joyway 20 Inch Lightweight Hard Shell Carry-on Suitcase has been a great find. It has a solid hardshell design but still manages to be lightweight and easy to handle. The beige color with tan accents looks stylish and clean, giving it a premium appearance without being flashy. The zippers are smooth and easy to operate, and the wheels roll effortlessly. It handles well whether you’re rolling it upright with a spin or tilting it to pull on two wheels. Inside, there’s a divider and a strap that helps keep everything in place, and there’s more room than you might expect for a 20 inch suitcase. The built in TSA lock is a nice touch since it eliminates the need for a separate lock hanging off the zipper. It fit perfectly in the overhead bin on our flight and performed exactly as needed. So far, I’m very pleased with it. It handled the flight well, and I’m hopeful the hard shell will stay strong and durable over time. This suitcase definitely earns a full 5 out of 5 stars.

This is a stylish suitcase with a sleek design. It is smooth-rolling and easy to maneuver. Its very lightweight and compact. I appreciate the reinforced corners. Yes, it's small at 20", but for a weekend trip or overnight somewhere it's great, or as a carry-on in addition to a full-sized bag. While it is prone to scuffing easily since it's a light color, the smooth finish does make it easy to wipe off and, in essence, cleaner than a fabric-covered bag.

This luggage is really classy looking with its creamy color, ochre handles and wheel accents, and what looks like brushed nickel corner reinforcements, handles, lock, and wheels. My daughter and teenage granddaughter both saw it and loved it--so the appeal crosses at least three generations! The bag itself is made of "aviation-grade PP material." I had to Google it to find out that it's polypropylene used in aerospace applications because of its low weight and durability. They often use it for seatbacks, armrests, tray tables, and interior panels. Other of its characteristics make it suitable for transporting sensitive aerospace components, instruments, and equipment. That sounds pretty impressive to me! It also looks like it would resist scratches. I like that the manufacturer has put this case through all types of tests to ensure it can stand up to all sorts of mishaps. The wheels are not only stylish, they also roll smoothly and turn with ease. The zipper does not zip as effortlessly as I'd expected, but it appears this is an enhanced zipper built for greater durability and protection from theft. The zipper pulls snap into the TSA lock on the side of the case. The instructions for setting the lock are clear and easy to follow. Inside, there is a nice grey lining that is attractive and not too thin. There appears to be more room in the corners than some other cases I've seen.

This is a good, simple carry on with no real bells and whistles. It does what it needs to, but not any more. It does have a lock on it, which I haven't set yet, because it came with no instructions (I haven't ever had one of these locks before so maybe I'm just being silly). Zippers work ok, but seem to be kind of cheap. Not sure how long they will last.

This luggage is nice looking and classy... the white color with the brown handles is lovely. It's the perfect size for carry-on... I love it! It's spacious and has plenty of room for bringing essentials on-the-go. It's easy to move because of the extending handle and wheels. It also has a handle on the top and side as well. The outside of it is hard plastic that is somewhat flexible yet durable... the quality is good. The zipper on it is made of plastic but it zips well and keeps it shut. The combination lock is a wonderful feature to prevent theft plus there is a TSA key hole for easy opening in the even of an inspection. The combination can be customized too. The inside has two generously sized compartments plus a large, zippered mesh pocket. I'm pleased with this luggage... I highly recommend! It's fantastic!
