We bought this in July and have ZERO complaints. We have used it over 20 times already and no damage so far. We leave it out on full day on the patio (so it doesnt kill the grass) and can air out to avoid mold. Kids love it and its a fun/cooling activity for them in the summer heat. Great option too if you choose not to use the water feature one day. Easy to be stored. Highly recommend.

I have used this product for now 3year and I think I can still go for more but it has now started to stain and smell because I have not been able to dry it well when it needs to. I love this play swim and slide very much. I used for my birthday parties too and the kids love it.

June 24 was the first time we opened it, my kids played in it for like 2 hrs and then we realized it got ripped. My husband contacted the seller in regards of the problem, they asked for order number and some screenshots but they haven’t reached out since. My husband tried to sew it believing it would be fixed, but got ripped again. July 4th was the second time we inflate it and got ripped again, this time worst than the last one. We’re very disappointed bcs we thought this was made of a sturdy material, but material is really bad quality. At this point i feel really pissed bcs this cost and eye and a leg and don’t know what to do. Seller it’s not doing anything. And we want out money back at this point! So if you got this far, PLEASE DONT BUT THIS! IT’S A PIECE OF TRASH!!! 😡😡😡 Only giving 1 star bcs it’s not possible to give 0 stars.

I thought it would be bigger it’s smaller than expected. Other than that my kids love it. We have a puppy and he unfortunately tore a little hole in it (nothing we can’t repair) but the patches that come with the bounce house/slide we can’t for the life of us figure out how to use them. Typically with patches you just tear one side apart from the other but we tried and tried and tried my husband and I couldn’t get them to come apart to patch the hole. We tried using scissors to get it started to tear apart but that didn’t work so the patches are completely unusable. There was like 10 patches we couldn’t get a single one of them to tear apart to use. I currently have to find a patch to hold.
