Joy Jolt's Whiskey Glasses came very nicely packaged and protected. Mine arrived undamaged. The glasses are well made and have a sturdy and robust feeling to them. The Mickey head design feels like an applique and you can feel the edge of it. It is very neatly applied, and a deep glossy black. The glasses balance nicely in the hand with a thick and dense bottom. They feel pleasant to use. The one thing that could be improved is the rim. It's a little sharp. It's not painful to drink from, but I have other whiskey glasses with smoother edges. I washed the glasses in the top rack of my dishwasher and they came out perfectly. My family is a huge Disney fan and have a lot of kitchenware that is Disney themed. When I found these I knew they were the perfect gift for my wife. I bought the highball glasses since she does not drink very often, and we can use these are regular glasses the rest of time. The design of these is interesting because the black coating is only on half of the glass. However once filled with a colorful drink the Mickey emblem really pops against the black background. As far as value goes I am not sure if these were over priced or not. I am sure I could have bought other highball glasses for much less, however given that they had a Mickey emblem on it the cost goes up. I buy a lot of Disney souvenirs at the parks and I would say these are priced pretty close to how they would be in the parks. In the end I am happy with these glasses and confident they will last a really long time. ... show more

To be honest, I was shocked that these showed up in one piece. The packaging from the warehouse team left something to be desired as it was only shipped in a bag and not a box with padding. That being said though, the delivery driver handled the package with care, and the glasses and box showed up in beautiful condition! The box itself could be considered a collector piece as it's really beautifully done with the design. I might even keep that to put on a separate shelf from the glassware. And on to the glasses themselves, I can definitely say there was a lot of care put into their craftsmanship. Each one has zero flaws, and none of the black part is scuffed, chipped, or missing painted areas. I love the half design of it being clear in the back and then black with the Mickey logo on the front. They're going to make for great display pieces! I love the style of these glasses. We ordered the martini glasses and they arrived in excellent condition. The box they come in showcases the sleek black and white of the glasses. I do wish you got four glasses in a box instead of two because the price is a little high. However, since this is an official licensed Disney product I suppose the price is on par with park prices.
