Honestly I wasn't sure what to expect ordering an item like this, but I have to say after using the set a few times, even the highest of expectations would have been exceeded! Sometimes these things can be very cheaply made, but that is NOT the case here. I recently moved from a major city to a beach town - and found myself having to care for a very large yard for the first time. My options were a few hundred bucks for a leaf blower, or buy this and put a little manual effort in. This made leaf clean up a BREEZE. The bag holds plenty of leaves - but not too many that it gets too heavy to pick up and dump. The large handle rakes are amazing - it took no time at all to rake, and then use the claws to move the big piles into the bag, and then take the bag to the street. Needed this to rake away the leaves after winter. Worked fine, so long as I was easy with it. But man, they don't make these products like they used. Cheap, cheap, and more cheap. Looks like it will break fairly easily. And the plastic forks that engage the leaves are gonna wear fast on the concrete. Considering the cost of this cheap toy, I don't recommend it, unless like me, it is the least of the evils for the job. UPDATE: I did not solicit or expect in any way a refund. My low level of satisfaction with the product seemed to have inspired them to reach out and correct the issues I had with the product. They seemed genuinely interested in my satisfaction as a customer. It's obvious they want to grow a firm customer base making their products better. So for that, thank you. ... show more

We used to use our plastic trash cans for leaves. This thing holds a full trash can of leaves. Easy easy to use and take into. Cut raking leaves into 2/3 the time. Great investment.

It has a cushion for the back of your wrist. I hope the part that braces the back of your wrist holds up over time. I don’t use the bag or gloves so no bonus points for that . Beats using two rakes or a rake and a trash can lid to pick up leaves. I would recommend.

I think the price is fair for both of these items. The rake works well, but the bag doesn't neatly lies on the floor, so it is a bit hard for me to sweep all the leave inside. Maybe this will work better on grassland instead of concrete floor yard
