The item arrived on time, which is one of the best parts about this experience so far, and the packaging was in excellent shape. It just got dropped off at my doorstep about an hour or so ago and I unbox the item, set the color of the base to the right hue for me, which is working perfectly and is very aesthetically pleasing to look at. The problem lies with the main part of this item, which is the MagSafe charging pad. I always try my items carefully not to overlook the slightest detail that could potentially be a problem in the future, and this is an issue that is present tense. The magnetic charging station is not very strong and I had placed my iPhone 13 mini, (with the case off) onto the pad and it seemed like everything was going to be great, until about 7 minutes into streaming a show that I noticed that the phone was very slowly turning upside down, and like I said, it wasn’t right away and I didn’t notice it until it was almost at a 35° angle to the right. I had attempted taking the device off, placing it back on the charger and even adding a MagSafe case to the device and it still wouldn’t stay in landscape mode without tilting very slowly to the right. I have the device on a flat surface, my office desk and I just couldn’t come up with any other conclusion besides that either I ended up with a faulty product, or all the charging stations are like this. This is my first time purchasing from this company so I don’t want to make any assumptions but if it’ll let me post a seven minute video then I would be happy to share it with everyone. Unfortunately it won’t allow anything over 2-4 minutes long. If I read the description correctly also, it had claimed to charge an iPhone 12 and newer at up to a 15W speed but upon reading the instruction manual it says that it is only capable of charging at a Qi minimum for iPhones which is 7.5W. The product does not charge at the full MagSafe compatible speeds. I will edit and add a photo of the instruction manual for everyone to see so they can be better informed on the purchase and what should be expected of their new product. I’m going to send a message to customer support but I thought that I’d go ahead and post a draft review to inform potential buyers of the difference in the description and what is actually possible. Buyers, please make sure that you are aware of exactly what you are receiving when purchasing an item from Amazon sellers. I know that Amazon isn’t perfect and can miss certain things that a seller may post that may be incorrect or misleading, but I have just about had enough of having to continuously either message sellers and try to find a resolution or just return the item and hope that I get a working/new product or a full refund. Which seems to be getting very uncertain as of late. I was just a victim of credit fraud and I was able to gain a little money to purchase slightly cheaper items than the ones that I am having to return in order to get my deposit that I never initiated. Shipping time 10/10, condition of the packaging is a 10/10, ease of use and setup is extremely clear and fast, 10/10, and the functionality is, for me anyway, a very disappointing 3.5/10. Would I recommend this product to anyone who is interested in purchasing this item? At the moment, given my current situation I would not be able to recommend this product. However I will try to contact the customer support and inform them of the situation, if it’s common or just me being unlucky, and what we can do to resolve this matter promptly. Stay tuned for my final review soon! If you are interested in the device then it’s a choice that you will have to make as I can only offer you as much information as possible and that’s why though this is technically a review, I like to give the company the benefit of the doubt and it’s unprofessional to suggest people stay away due to one encounter. I test and review tech. I have a channel where I share my live experiences and in depth reviews of products that are 100% unbiased and if I say that a product is good then take my word for it. I’ve been doing this for years and have met some of the most amazing people and companies that their products are even better than the most known, expensive and popular brands. I have worked both in the customer service industry, the tech industry and the medical/pharmaceutical industries and I take customer satisfaction very seriously and I feel that I have to be more honest and transparent about items, and their strengths and weaknesses. But there’s some that have absolutely no flaws whatsoever as well as the most kind and genuine customer service that I thought was dead in this modern world of tech. I will keep you posted. For those who took the time to read this entire review, I really appreciate it from the bottom of my heart and please make appropriate precautions prior to making a purchase. Ask questions, and don’t just consider the items that you receive, but more importantly than the product itself is the customer service experience and how they are able to help you, length of time you have to wait for a response and even slightly rude or short responses are very unprofessional and rude and customer service is the very staple that builds trust, loyalty and confidence when they purchase their products. Keep this in mind the next time you make a purchase. This concludes my initial review and will upgrade it or downgrade it depending on the customer support experience and satisfaction. (UPDATE ON MY OFFICIAL REVIEW) I have added a few photos to give you an idea of what the product looks like and one of the pictures shows the MagSafe puck not being able to close all the way, and I wasn’t able to upload my video for some reason but I have added an extra star on my review due to the surprisingly quick resolution between Amazon and myself. (I couldn’t contact the company due to the product being sold and shipped by Amazon) however unlike the other 87 different times I’ve had issues or had needed help with something, I would be on the chat thread for 2-11 hours trying to figure out a resolution that shouldn’t have even happened. But I must admit that the customer service was very swift in their response to my inquiry and were able to help me with reaching a reasonable solution to the issue, and you know that the product isn’t what ultimately makes the company, nor is it the only thing that’s needed in order to gain (and retain customers) the customer service experience is half, and to some it’s even more. So after reading every single review on this product and looking at the photos and videos of other customers I have come to the conclusion that I was just unlucky and had received a defective item. It’s a shame because if not for the two small issues that led me to return the item, it would have a perfect 10 but I will rate it at an 8.5-10 because of the incident but would I recommend the product to those who are interested in getting it? If you’re okay with not full MagSafe speed charging that is capped at 7.5W and you will inspect the product and everything in the package just to be safe, then I would definitely recommend you give them a try! I had ordered a couple different brands that had caught my eye before I had a chance to reorder. I need to cancel one as a matter of fact. But this is my updated product review and rating. I hope it has been of some help!

The magnet is strong so if you have MagSafe capabilities on your phone this cute little charger is great! It charges perfectly, is easy to use, and performance is well worth the price obviously!! I loved this when I first got it. I’ve only had it for 2 months the phone charger has stopped working.My watch and AirPods are still able to charge. I’m disappointed that it didn’t last long. We tried other outlets & even got a new cord to use & my phone will stay in place but still will not charge.
