Looks huge and sturdy once set up. Bag sits well when strapped in. The seat seems a bit wobbly and affects the cart’s steadiness when first sitting down (makes sense). But when you consider it’s just to take a load off in between shots, and not to lay out and kick up your feet, then it works like it’s supposed to.

Do not ask for the free umbrella holder they offer.

1 star. The elastic is too loose for a junior bag. It came with an insert that said “register for an umbrella holder” After clicking through 3 different shell companies i finally registered. Then i had to email them all to find out how to get the umbrella holder. Pyle support sent a package after 8 emails back and forth confirming the purchase. Well they sent me the mounting hardware that is already included, NOT the umbrella holder. I send them an email with pictures showing what is advertised vs what i got. They told me this is all they can send. I doubt my son will even play in the rain but holy crap….what a run around. At the end of the day they have my contact info, which they probably sell…and i have nothing but lost time.

I love my Jovial golf cart. The cart was easy to assemble and excellent, study construction. The seat was comfortable and had a surprise inside the seat with a storage area! It made walking a golf course an option again with the seat. Plus it's Made in America! You're sure to like it!

Web site to register warranty does not exist

Received a card with the cart with a site to register a one year warranty and a free umbrella holder. Went to the site and it did not exist, "coming soon". Scanned the QR code and entered all the information requested. It stated that the model number was not found. It is written right on the carton. The cart looks great. Customer service not so much!
