I’ve worn these a few times and they look much nicer than I was expecting for the price. Got them pretty dirty once, but they cleaned up nicely with a damp rag. They look good from a distance, but up-close you can tell they are made of rubber, when you walk in them in a quiet store you can sometimes hear squeaking like that of someone wearing rubber rain boots. They were very low priced and for the money i think they are a good deal. Water resistant. Get a half size smaller than you normally wear. I was willing to take a chance for $50 pair of boots and was pleasantly surprised. They’re comfortable and make for a nice business casual pair of shoes with either jeans or khakis.
