About a year ago I bought my first pair of mid-height boots from this company on Amazon. The first pair were great, a lighter shade of brown, but after 6 months of everyday wear the zipper on them broke. I thought “oh well”, and bought another pair (darker brown) and thought i’d have them longer. Well, I ordered these in August and they started falling apart around 2 months ago (late September). My work and everyday life environment is not rough by any means. The leather began to peel on these, and the soles are starting to tear apart on both. It saddens me to write a review because initially after buying both pairs, the felt comfortable and received a lot of compliments. Unless there was a way to contact the company for help, I don’t believe i’ll be receiving money back or a replacement pair. I guess I should have known to invest more money towards my feet, especially for everyday wear. For anyone looking to buy a pair of good boots, spend the extra money and buy something that will last. These have great potential, but unfortunately they did not meet it with the last two purchases. Maybe it was just my luck of the drawl on these two pairs. ... show more
