No BS here!! These babies for a 17 inch calf in my regular size 8 size! The quality of the boots is rather outstanding as well tbh they have a sturdy sole and shaft. They are put together rather well with a plaid print in the interior making them feel like a good British wellie .. they are a bit roomy in the ankle to wear thick socks and it fits perfectly. Bought these to replace other garden wellies that sprung a leak. I use these to garden, go to the market, trek through snow and rain. What’s great about these is the adjustable larger opening. I can do the hands free fireman thing and slide into them in a jiff and then use my other foot to slip them off. Love the matte navy with the rear strip, reserved but stylish. Only down side is they are made in China. Would pay more if they were made in UK or USA. ... show more

I ordered my normal size and the fit is perfect. They are a little heavy, but expected for well made rainboots. Joules makes really good products at reasonable prices. Great for yard/garden work.

So I put these puppies to the test the first weekend owning them. We went hiking through the woods with hills and creeks and lots of branshes and deep leaves to trudge through. Not only did they keep me pretty warm and dry, they had great traction on the uneven terrain. Plus they look really nice. I love the blue color and accent on the back. Worth the price! ... show more

I got these after my cheap pair of shorter muck boots flooded when we got a ton of rain recently and the water was almost halfway up to my knee. Happy to report they are COMFORTABLE, they are DRY, they're cute so not just for the barn/mucking out, and theyre WAY less money than other boots of same value. Soft leather, flexible and sturdy...they run just a bit large...ordered a 6 but for perfect fit 5.5 would have been better.
