Conservation Through Captive-Breeding Passionate About Pets & People One-Stop Shopping For Success Our goal is deliver insects and plants that are alive on arrival in all weather! Otherwise, DOAs are covered by our LAG promise. In 2004 by Joshua Willard made fruit fly cultures for his personal dart frogs. As a way to support his frog hobby and to better serve others in the amphibian hobby, Josh started selling the fruit fly cultures, as well as supplies for kits. When you order from us, you’re not just purchasing a product, you’re also purchasing the services and support that are provided before, during, and after. Wild animals should never be taken out of their home to become pets. Josh's Frogs is dedicated to changing this. Cork Bark is sections of bark from trees farmed in Portugal, and is a completely renewable resource, as the trees can be harvested every 7 years. Because it can be stripped from trees at appropriate intervals, trees don’t need to be cut down for the use of the bark. Since new bark grows in its place, it doesn’t cause harm or disturbance to this natural resource. Cork tubes and half rounds are ideal hiding places for amphibians, reptiles, and invertebrates The textured surface of cork enables arboreal and ground dwelling alike to climb without slipping Epiphytic plants are easily attached to cork and make beautiful displays in both vivariums and the home Cork deteriorates very slowly and lasts several years even in very humid environments so backgrounds are long lasting
