I have like all other products by this brand and this item does work as intended i guess in where it allows cups and bowls to drain and dry properly vs a flat mat or paper towel we used before. I do think it could be improved however as there isn't enough of an angle or pitch on the darker/black and the medium gray parts. I figure this is because there is no drain holes on the bottom or white part near the lip which would cause overflow. My adjustments were to add some small silicone feet or spacers to the black part that allows it to tilt slightly and drilled two holes on either side of the white lip part and put it to hang over the sink. I liked the concept of this drying rack but quickly realized that the water collects underneath the lowest tier. My granite counter has a water mark because the water drips under and sits. Product works well if you plan on drying everything after washing, including the rack. That is not how I typically use a drying rack. The rack itself is not dishwasher safe so it is just another item to wash after having standing water on it! ... show more
