As most buyers noted, this is a very cheaply made product. That being said, I still purchased it to cover a cleanout and It worked. Just had to be real careful that I didn't over tighten it or it would have cracked.

After installing review. First thing I need to mention is that I went with the plastic cover because I was going to paint over this product. After painting the cover with oil base, I was very impressed with how well it adhered without streaking. I would recommend this product.
