very pretty- a muted yellow- nice size andI'll keep it, except, I was hoping it would work as an extra side table to put a cup and phone on. Size is adequate for that, but the top is not as flat as the photos show. There's enough of a curve so it will be precarious to put a drink on. Not sure if a plant will be steady, either. I even tried to turn over a circular wooden tray with edges and put that on the top of the stool, that was ineffective I do have another stool with a completely flat top which I use a lot.
