Absolutely LOVE! I had an UPPA BABY VISTA 2 and the aria car seat, sold it because I thought I was done having kids, changed our minds (lol) and got this one recently, it’s VERY comparable for a fraction of the cost! There’s features on here I love more than UB. Only downside of this is I don’t love the buttons for taking the toddler seat on and off but if you don’t do it super often it’s a non issue. I have no opinion of the product, but the customer service for this company is HORRIBLE!!. I inquired about switching the car seat to a baseless car seat that is compatible with the stroller. This was not possible for some reason. Only option was to return the entire set. Fine, I'll do that. The company sent labels for return shipping that I would pay. It was going to be over $100 just to send the car seat back. NO THANKS!! I reached out again and got the same message, that I could return the set. I agreed - once they provided prepaid labels. It took over 3 weeks to get this matter resolved. I HAD to contact them multiple times to get updates on the prepaid labels. Finally after a week of no communication, I AGAIN reached out and miraculously, the labels appeared the next day with nothing other than directions on how to return the items. I would think twice about doing business with this company or at the very least make sure that you will not need to return anything to them. Shame on you Joie Baby Company!!! ... show more

I love this stroller for the most part. I only have one complaint, when I tried to fold it up and put it in my car. I have to do it like three times before it actually closes all the way. It only wants to fold up like halfway and then get stuck. But the pros definitely outweigh the one con. It’s a beautiful stroller and you can tell it is very well-made. It’s easy to convert from a single to a double and back. The car seat is very light also. ... show more

    • Hard to return dove color is not that pretty
I need help getting a prepaid label. I have contacted Amazon several times they claim it is a third party seller and can’t help much. We are trying to contact the seller for more support nothing seems to be working.
