I couldn't be more happy with this purchase. The console is stunning and really is a beautiful well made piece. I breathed a sigh of relief opening as there was no damage and it was packed very well. It is a super heavy and sturdy piece. I am not using it as a tv console but as a accent cabinet/sideboard, and it works well either way. There is plenty of space inside to store a lot of stuff. Item is not vintage silver, is more of a gold greenish color. It is pretty ugly and unless you can accommodate that color, you will be disappointed.

I’ll admit it - I was hesitant to order furniture from the internet. What if it came damaged - then what? Luckily this console was well packaged for shipping and came delivered in PERFECT condition. Yes, unpacking it was a challenge as to not accidentally cause damage to it, but it came fully assembled - even the glass doors were intact! So happy I took a chance on this! ... show more

I had been obsessing over this piece for weeks. I've seen it on several websites but Cymax through Amazon beat them all. What a pleasant surprise it was to have it delivered fully assembled. It is beautiful, sturdy, practical (so roomy) and looks exactly like the picture. Arrived rather quickly too. I purchased it in gold and it really pops against the grey walls in my dining room. This is a beautiful console! My fiancé and I had seen this in a warehouse in person before purchasing so we already knew the true color of it - definitely more gold undertones than silver. We received it over a week in advance than we were supposed to so we were thrilled about that! The only issues I have with this is that unboxing this thing was a pain. When I signed up for in house delivery, I was under the impression that they would bring it in the house and in the room of your choice unboxed. They did that but it was completely boxed/taped/stapled so I wasn’t able to make sure everything looked okay before the delivery guys left. When we finally got this thing out, I noticed two imperfections. There is a tear (size of a fist) in the back. There is also a tear on the right side. Although one is in the back where it can’t be seen, it’s still frustrating knowing you paid over $600. Overall we still love this console and it truly makes the whole room! PS - the pictures don’t do it justice. for some reason, it looks Olive/darker in my pics but it’s not in person! ... show more

If you’ve been wanting this piece for months now, go for it! I don’t think you will be disappointed. It’s gorgeous, sturdy, and has great storage! I love the gold color. Delivers fully assembled. Cymax shipping was great, came very fast and they make sure to schedule a delivery. I’m obsessed!

This is a beautiful piece of furniture, providing it does not arrive busted to pieces. Mine was clearly dropped. The entire back was busted, and there were several scratches on the top and side. Every screw on the back holding the particleboard was busted out Fortunately the mirrored front panels did not break, and against the wall, you cannot see the damage to the back. Received this product yesterday. It looks lighter and more gold and less brown in my house than shown on some of the other images. But that could also be my lighting and paint color in the room. It's a nice looking piece, but clearly cheaply made. It came to me with 1 hinge broken, and the back side which is essentially a cardboard backing cracked. Fortunately I happened to have an extra hinge lying around. All of the doors and hinges were hung improperly as well as the catches on the inside of the cabinet. After an hour or fussing around with them I managed to make it so all the doors would open and close. But still they do not operate smoothly. So if you are going to be using this on a regular basis (aka opening something once a day). Do NOT buy this piece. If it's just for display, then you'll be fine. The delivery guys do not do anything besides drop off a the box - they were a bit perturbed that I wanted to open it up before giving them my signature just to make certain that the glass mirrors were intact. All the cardboard and wrappings are up to you to dispose of, and it's a large piece, so be prepared to have your garbage and recycling filled with it. The Mirrors are actually really nice and don't warp things to look like a fun house, so that's a plus. ... show more
