I've bought this for my daughter with her name. The name part is thick and easy to read. The chain came in a little baggy and when I took it out it was not tangled or knotted and unfolded beautifully. I bought the silver, our bodies don't like gold, and it came shiny and display worthy! The attachment on the side seem strong to withstand her day to day. Definitely love this. It came much faster then expected and is a great way to get a personalized piece of jewelry.

The chain was high quality and the perfect length, but the clasp is a little bit stiff when opening it (no biggie though) I loved the shine and the lettering as well my ONLY issue was the state of the box and packaging at arrival. Since, you are using a cardboard jewelry box, the package should not have been placed in a bag that could be crushed. I understand if that'sall you are working with, but it hinders recievability and deplishished thought of quality/value. The box came out crushed and I had to adjust it when I opened it. I wanted to set it up so that it is displayed nicely for when my daughter (11yrs old) opens the box and sees her name. There isn't also another hole in the foam so I had to use what I could at the time to display it nicely. I appreciate the cleaning cloth that came with the package to remove my finger prints after I placed it properly in the box. Thank you again for your craftsmanship. The necklace is beautiful. I'll update the photos after her birthday on June 12th so that you may see the length and size on her.

Si bien no llegó para el regalo de Navidad, teniendo en cuenta que es un producto “personalizado” con el nombre y el tipo de letra que encargas y que llega directamente de China, sin pasar por los almacenes de Amazon, hay que reconocer que hay un esfuerzo importante y que la demora fue básicamente por un tema de aduanas y que coincidió con las fechas festivas. Es bonito, y está bien presentado con una caja y un detalle para la limpieza del material de plata que es con que está hecho las letras con el nombre. Hacer el pedido es sencillo, pues te indican de forma perfecta como hacerlo, y puedes seguir la ruta del seguimiento con los datos que te envían. Buena idea de regalo. Do not order this necklace it looks cute online, however when I received it I took it out of the box it fell apart!!! I requested a return it says NO RETURN on this item!! The child I ordered it for now has no Birthday gift from me!! She picked this necklace herself.... Sad
