  • Warm in any weather
Size: XX-Large Color: Black/Black
I bought this because I was commuting on my bike in colder and colder weather. I had cold weather pants and I would layer up but still be freezing when I got to work. I was looking into these because of their price vs Aerostich and Klim riding suits. After being on the fence due to some folks saying the plastic rings for the adjustment breaking right away, but I saw a review where someone replaced them with metal rings I could pick up cheap, so I ordered the suit. Let me say it has surpassed my expectations for riding in the cold. My commute was an hour and would start in the teens temperature wise, I would just layer up under the suit and I stayed warm the entire time. I have not ridden in the rain yet, but I ordered a can of scotch guard to cost the suit before I do just in case. If you need to stay warm, this suit is fantastic. It’s not bulky and I can move and sit comfortably while I ride. When I’m coming home and it’s warmed up a bit, I just open the front chest zipper and I can keep from sweating. Overall a fantastic piece of gear from Joe rocket. ... show more

  • Great suit for an athletic fit
Size: XX-Large Color: Black/Black
The suit is very well-made. But is designed for slim, athletic build. I am old and big belly. Which made it difficult to get out of the suit.

  • there is much that the manufacturer needs to improve on this product!!
The Joe Rocket Survivor One Piece Textile Motorcycle Suit Black Size Medium will not keep you completely dry under a downpour, it will get to the point in which the water will filter in through certain seams and through the main zipper, right at the bottom of it where the water that washes down accumulates. You will really need to know how to go about getting it stretched out in order to avoid it as much a possible from crumpling. If it is a hot day for sure you will not be able to use the inner coat, otherwise you will feel as if you would be in a sauna cause all the sweating and when you try to wear it off it wont let you as it will stick to your skin as a leech. ... show more

  • Wow. A New World.
Size: XX-Large Color: Black/Black
I never knew I could ride in 28 degree (F) weather and be comfortable until I got this. And that's with just long johns on and a light jacket underneath. WOW. This opens up a whole new world of riding in the winter here in the northeast with my 2020 Ducati Diavel 1260s and my 2018 Moto Guzzi V7 Carbon Dark (both awesome bikes). Now I can save gas riding a motorcycle in the winter and that said, at this low price, the suit has paid for itself in one season (my car is a Shelby GT350 which devours premium gas). The Joe Rocket Survivor Suit is super customizeable. There are snaps everywhere to tighten the waist, legs, arms, chest, etc. to your exact fit. Great pockets. Several inside and a few outside and all waterproof. For summer riding (some say it's actually cooler to wear a suit), you can take out the warm liner (I haven't tried this but I see you can take out the liner and I see an option to have a vented chest. Riding in the wetness and rain for two hours, I did have a wetness in the first suit I got (around crotch area) but the company sent me another suit (they have an updated model). After that, I rode in light mist and it kept me dry. I will ride the next time I have heavy rain and report back. All together an unbeatable suit for winter riding. Great customer service as well. This is the best motorcycle accessory purchase I've ever made. ... show more

  • beware of Size. runs very small.
Size: Small Color: Black
i tried this suit for over a week and now i have to return it. before i get into detail i want to tell you that i waited over a year for this togo on sale. its sold for $480 at my local cycle gear and i got it for $260. my helmet, jacket and shirt are all small sizes. joe rocket is always small size and i never had issue with it however this time it ran me so small that i had to suck my belly in and the pants ran long. i am 30x30. i messaged seller which happened to be amazon, to exchange for different size. they never replied. i called customer service but lady said i would have to buy new one and return this. cool with me, but they charge $380 for medium size. so.... now my honest pros: tested at 26F with extremely chilly winds in upstate NY and suit did just fine. but be alarmed i was wearing proper thermal under. no other clothing. i couldnt be so happy because i ride my motorcycles all year and i am sick of all the layers and clothing. this part alone wanted me to get another size and ignore all cons. CE armor comes with it, not back protector tho sleek minimal design good for harley crowd as well as advernture bikers. doesnt scream its logo. its a onsie but if you want to take a leak without taking suit off, you sure can. the zipper goes all the way to your thigh so no issue. cons: pockets are absolutely useless. my 5s phone wont fit. the adjustable knee pads are joke. you cant adjust them unless you take suit off and velcro it to next position. the d ring straps are bound to break adjustability for cufflings are useless as well. i am giving it 4 because i wanted a suit for winter and its good for that. but it sucks they charge more for size. ... show more
