These make feeding my plants so easy. Just put the sticks in and water. My plants seem to really like these. Since I’ve fed them I’ve noticed new growth, even on plants that hadn’t had any growth in a while. I've used Jobes for years on just about every kind of potted plant with great results. Usually just half a stick for the small to medium sized plants with a full stick for a larger specimens. With its slow release with each watering the results have been very good. Like all fertilizers don't use too much at any one time or you risk burning the plant. ... show more

Bought these Jobe houseplant spikes while there were free extras in the package. What can I say? These have been around for years—even my grandma used them. They seem to be a good value and easy to use, they don’t have an odor, and my plants look perkier so they must be working.

    • Excellent for using in flower beds
I have found in the past these spikes are excellent to use in floor beds. A few days after pushing two spikes each down next to my Rose bushes, I saw new grown and roses starting to form. Did the same thing with a tomato and 2 pepper plants. The latter sprouted new leaves on the plant but still waiting on them to provide “fruit”. ... show more
