Ordered this for my husband who likes plaid flannel nearly year-round! The dark gray is a really pretty color and while it is not quilted heavily, it is quilted and definitely keeps him very warm. I love that the placket is contrasted with a different color and the inside of the sleeves also have the contrast color when rolled up. Looks really sharp! The stitching and fabric appear to be of good quality (there is one small area of the hem that was sewn short, but most people would not notice it). In laundering, the shirt washed up nicely with no pilling or shrinkage. Sizing is true to size and because it did not shrink, I am very glad I did not order one size up. The price seemed a tad high at $37, but it really is a very sharp shirt, so I am ordering another in the gold!

Soft, warm, good fit. Got multiple comments on how nice this shirt looks from multiple women. Even strangers approached me in the grocery store commenting on this shirt. Never had that happen before. I guess I’ll buy some more.

Last year all of the ladies were trying to get the "shacket" which was a flannel version of this but in an extra-long length for the women. This shirt jacket is great for the guys, and I am sure that your lady may steal it every once in a while, too for a quick walk outside. The pictures make it look like it is thick and possibly lined or quilted like a jacket. It is not any of that. The diamond quilted pattern is just a sewn visual pattern that just adds to the aesthetic. It is about as thick as non-lined flannel shirt, so that is the type of warmth you could expect...not quite jacket warm, but great for fall days. The look is very upscale, with the snaps vice buttons and the contrasting color in the button area, collar and inside the cuffs. Some folks were saying that it ran a bit large so normally, I wear between an XL and L, and went with an L and it fits me perfectly at 218 lbs. and 5'11". The hem length is perfect for the untucked look without having a tail that is too long. I am definitely considering getting more colors. If I could do partials, I would give this shirt a 4.5. It's that close to perfect for me. Hopefully this helps you today.

Very nice jacket, coat or a shacket they call it, but most importantly he really liked it and I was so relieved, because it's hard for me to get him a variety of clothing, he lost weight and now it's much easier to see himself in something that's a very versatile jacket, so many ways to wear it and it looks GOOD on him.
