I purchased the JitteryGit Race Track Glow in the Dark Magic Toy Set on January 6, 2024, for my grandson. The flexible car tracks caught my attention, and they turned out to be a fantastic gift. My grandson was thrilled and played with it endlessly. Unfortunately, one of the cars fell during an exciting play session and got damaged. Since I don’t see my grandson often, I wasn’t informed until 7–8 months later. At that point, I thought there was no way the issue could be resolved due to the time that had passed. I decided to try contacting Amazon, where I purchased it, and they provided me with the supplier’s phone number and email. I reached out, and to my surprise, Reine, the owner of JitteryGit, responded almost immediately! Reine was incredibly understanding, apologetic, and eager to resolve the issue. She quickly confirmed my mailing address and assured me that a replacement would be sent. Not only did Reine replace the damaged car, but she went above and beyond by sending an upgraded model along with two extra racing cars! My grandson was absolutely overjoyed, and I couldn’t be happier with the way JitteryGit handled the situation. I messages their customer service and they sent me the backpack quickly as well as followed up to make sure everything was satisfactory. The toys themselves have been super fun to play with. The track is super easy to assemble and my son fell in love with it right away! He’s three and very busy and it’s hard to get him to play with the same toy for very long. He has been playing with this track non stop since we put it together! We had an issue with the car that was in our construction pack and when I called jittergit their customer service was unparalleled, like Amazon’s used to be back in the day. She is sending us two extra cars and I asked if I could purchase more track pieces and she is sending us extra track pieces at no additional cost! Totally exceeded any expectations! I would have gladly paid for another track set since my son is having such a great time with this toy. Well done JitteryGit!
