I didn’t like how much these locs itched my scalp and face even after washing before use. It is very rough and stiff. I couldn’t style it (curl it) because of how stiff it is. It itched my face a lot. It shed a lot and broke apart when trying to install it. It did take bleaching well. That’s the only positive. I had to cut it out of my (my hair included) I wanted to return it for a refund but not sure how I feel returning a product back with my hair in it and has been bleached. **The company reached out to me after my review to offer ways they can help. If you ever have a problem please contact their customer service as they are willing to satisfy their customers to make the issue right. These loc extensions may work for some and they may be happy with it but I still think it’s too itchy and stiff for my liking. But I will change my review of one star to four stars because the seller went out of their way to contact me to make things right.

Ordered 12 inches-90 count and received 100 locs, no complaints there. Also received a nice metal tip parting comb and a couple colored hair cuffs that I won’t use but the thought is nice. Quite stiff and prickly straight out of the package but no weird smells or anything. I did wash/soak in ACV, baking soda, lemon juice and a cleansing shampoo and air dry per my stylist. The water was actually pretty clear. The hair is much less stiff now but I imagine it should improve over time. Shipping was fast, received within 3 days. Attempted the burn test, the hair did crumble to ash. I haven’t tried coloring yet, I want to install in its natural state for now. I still have about two weeks until my install so I’ll update then. *UPDATE* Two months later hair still holding well, no complaints. Much less scratchy, I’ve washed 2x since installing. Still a little stiff but not noticeable as I usually wear a twist out/braid out which makes it much more flexible looking than when it’s straight.

Nice packaging real human hair passed the burn test no bad smells to it I am disappointed in the size of it after looking at the pictures in the review and videos I was sure the Locs would be thicker then what I received

MY HAIR BEFORE THE INSTALL AND AFTER These are 10in and they look like a 12-16in on me. They are super easy to install and i LOVE how they came with a crochet needle and rat tail parting comb. I soaked mines in Apple Cider Vinegar and hot water for about 30 mins before install to clean them throughly. I haven't washed my hair with them since i've installed so im definitely a little scared in case i didnt install them fully correct but im self taught beginner so, its okay! I cant wait to dye them and see how they take color !

First thing first this is NOT human hair!!! Maybe a blend but not 100%. It’s convenient and easy to manage. It has a fully human look but not to the touch. It does color very well, however!!! It’s easy to curly and style. Definitely make sure you wash before and after styling. The locs get softer after it has been washed. 100% human locs will definitely be more expensive so take your pic. I would recommend this for those afraid of paying a lot of money and want your hair loc’d without the years of growing your own.

If you like thick locs then I would definitely say purchase. It’s 100% human hair for sure. They are a little stiff so I would recommend boiling them with conditioner. They didn’t do any abnormal shedding, only a little, but that’s to be expected. I got the 10 inch and the went a little past my shoulders. I would say before purchasing make sure your hair is thick enough for this loc. The ends was a little bit to square for me, so I cut them a little to make them look natural. Other then that it’s a great product. Good luck 🙂

I like them! They did have a smell when i first took them out the bag. But after a shampoo, the smell went away after a few days. But I love the fact that it came with free loc jewelry and a cute floral headband. But i do really like the locs and think they are really great for a real loc extension look.
